The two of them jumped a little when Lara’s voice came seemingly out of thin ear. Perry jumped. “You’re getting too good at that.” She smiled. The who of them were happy to see Lara out and about after her kidnapping.

LaF started stopped idly playing with their food and scooted over for Lara to get closer. “We felt that an open spot might have been an easier place. Besides, you’re the talk of the school so why hide away.”

It only took a few seconds for LaF to point around the room and see the groups of tables in the lunch hall, whispering and staring at them.
