Lara rolled over in the bed and smiled. "Mmmm. It's good to be home." She snuggled into her lover, barely conscious and happily exhausted even if slightly sore.

"What would Lara do?" Fliss' tone was meditative. "She'd somehow try to recruit half the molehills?"
"She'd add a threat, the way she kept mentioning Ella?"
"And we're ice wolves!" Fliss' voice rose. "We're more powerful than they are. We should walk in and take their totem!"
