She paused. "If I step here and twist like this, one hand above yours and one below it's only the top joint of your little finger holding the crop. I then twist between your fingers and your hand, round your thumb."
She smiled as she continued the motion. "And if this had been a rifle when I did this it would be the barrel of your gun to the base of your skull. All in less time than it takes me to take two steps." Thus the really odd way of holding the crop.
"And tripping you's easy. Push in your axis and it's impossible. Push at ninety degrees and you're still strong. Push up a little and you're no heavier than I am so you go off your feet." And with that Mircalla once again was flying through the air.
