With a hard enough time trying to believe anything Carmilla was saying, Mircalla froze just as Laura had commanded. Carm could see the shock and frustration in her doubles eyes only briefly before Laura released her.
“If anyone is doing the working up here it’s us, to you. Two against one sweetheart. What’s the bet you can’t freeze both?” Mircalla didn’t like giving up a second of what she thought was her being the alpha in the room. Well not unless Ell arrived and even then Mircalla would make her work for that.
