Laura smiled wickedly. "Oh, you're going to help, Carmilla. Kneel." Carmilla would find herself compelled to kneel at Laura's word, and just as Mircalla was starting to smirk Laura turned to her and said "Freeze."
"I know Freeze only makes you freeze for a few seconds, Mircalla. So I have to say Freeze every few seconds so Freeze lasts." And Mircalla would have felt herself almost escape once there.
"Carmilla, crawl." Laura snapped her fingers, pointing to her feet. She'd start to crawl to where Laura indicated - but only two 'steps'. "You, freeze." As if she was letting Mircalla out that easily.
