“When I get my strength back I’m going to kill whoever shot me.” Carm was clearly a lot slower at getting her sentences out but felt a lot better when Laura removed the dart. There was shape pain in her arm as the barbed spikes came out connected to the needle but once it was out Carm instantly felt better.
Callis opened her eyes, not bothered to move from where she’d slept and why would she? She wasn’t scared of Laura, not for one second and Carm wasn’t exactly at full strength. “Cool it PowerPuff, I did what I had to. You should be thanking me.
