"Get off me." Laura rolled back to her feet and then onto the table. "And I'm not leaving you here with it, Carm! What would stop a panther?"
She frowned then darted to the corner of her room. "Carmilla! Catch!" A can came flying through the air and Laura had another in her other hand, letting out a miniscule spray which was enough to make the panther think it wanted to be somewhere else. "Day of the week bear spray! It works on Panthers!" And at least two people were going to hate her for it. "And if this works someone get the milk to neutralise the capascin."
